Charis Global Alliance asked for an advisor who could hold checkout, the till and the local details as one path, not three separate jobs.

What I did

As advisor I oversaw payment gateway, e-commerce, Shopify, Square POS, Stripe, localization and real-time commerce delivery for Charis Global Alliance.

How it felt

It felt like payments work when it is honest: the gateway, the till, the storefront and the local details all have to agree.

The challenges

Yes. Several rails, and no excuse for a checkout that only worked in one country.
