Concierge Atlas
Chief Technology Officer
London, United Kingdom
Concierge Atlas needed a digital map the concierge desk could actually use: a white-label services platform a new hotel could stand up without a rebuild.
What I did
As CTO I directed IT operations and oversaw the systems the platform depended on. I owned delivery of the Concierge Atlas map so hotel guests and staff could navigate services on one surface, using a relational database and URL parameters so a new property could inherit the white-label build. The mandate was held while Ciberbuy remained the contracting vehicle. I also directed PWA offline access, a Kubernetes migration to AWS, CI/CD and hotel PMS integrations.
How it felt
It felt like hospitality technology when it is done properly: the guest path, the property staff, and the integrations nobody sees until they fail.
The challenges
Yes. Hotels do not wait for a clean architecture diagram. A new branch had to inherit the map, and the integrations still had to land.
01
Making a digital map that a concierge would actually put in front of a guest.
02
Standing up new hotels through white-label parameters instead of a one-off rebuild.
03
Holding IT operations, PMS integrations and a Kubernetes move to AWS in the same seat.
