Food Lover’s Market asked for an advisor who could see Freshservice across a store estate that was already large. The work had to land, and it had to land with the people who would use it.
What I did
As advisor I oversaw the Freshservice migration across 400+ stores, directed the introduction of AI-assisted automation, and owned training for 80+ staff, with delivery completed in approximately two months.
How it felt
It felt like a short, sharp operational mandate: the estate was big, the window was not, and training was part of the delivery, not a slide at the end.
The challenges
Yes. Four hundred stores and roughly two months leaves no space for a migration that only works in a pilot.
